Jackson Homes Cheshire is based in the heart of Cheshire providing building services to meet your needs, helping to enhance your home and your investment. Our services range from single or multi-storey property extensions, conversions and redesign of the existing building to the complete package for new builds. We also work closely with specialist oak frame companies where the design requires bespoke oak canopies or porches through to full oak framed buildings. Over the past 14 years the company has steadily grown, supporting projects across both West and East Cheshire.

We recognise the importance of quality therefore all of our team supporting your project are time served and experienced tradesman, appropriately certified and insured. All construction works are project managed by ourselves including Health and Safety.

As a sign of quality we are able to offer insurance backed guarantees on our construction projects through the Federation of Master Builders (FMB). The level of cover available ranges from 2 years up to 10 year structural guarantees for new builds. On 8 occasions over recent years we are pleased to have been recognised for the services we provided on site in association with NHBC Pride in the Job award-winning teams.

Over the past 14 years the company has steadily grown supporting projects across both West and East Cheshire. These projects include extensions, refurbishments, investment property remodelling. The new build houses we supported have ranged from affordable housing through to executive detached in excess of £1 million.
