Our Architect Mark Burgess

Jackson Homes welcomed architect Mark Burgess to our team in 2019.

Mark is a fully qualified and highly experienced architect who specialises in domestic home transformations and new houses. He is registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). accredited and insured to provide all the services you need.

Mark will tailor his services to fit your needs and even a short consultation is fully documented in writing for your reference. We feel this is important so there's a clear statement of what Mark will do for you and how much this will cost. It's important we understand exactly what you want from your design and your building contract with Jackson Homes.

Mark will then work to put all the ideas together and show you how your ideas can be built using the latest apps to illustrate space, light and your new facilities in 3-D images, incorporating new ideas and generating alternative design ideas to give you choice.

Mark, Andy and colleagues at Jackson homes work closely together. This means the design we create is easily buildable and affordable.

Our aim is to provide you with a personalized service from concept to completion

Planning

All planning and building regulation documents prepared by Jackson Homes
Jackson Homes will manage the submission of documents to the local authority
Jackson Homes will liaise with the local authority on your behalf and keep you updated on progress
We have established relationships with the local authorities

Build

Jackson Homes will progress all the pre-build documentation
We’ll submit the 10 year home warranty documentation
You’ll be introduced to your site team who will be your key contacts
We’ll hold regular progress meetings with you and the site team
On completion, an After Sales warranty and customer care service are included
